Not all “white” LEDs are the same. Two distinct tones dominate Christmas lighting:

3. Sequential — LEDs light in ordered sequence
4. Slow Fade — gradual brightening and dimming
5. Chasing/Flash — running light effect with flash accents
6. Slow Fade — softer fade variant
7. Twinkle/Flash — random twinkling like distant stars
8. Steady On — constant illumination (the most tree-appropriate mode)
9. Off — switches lights off without removing batteries

For most Christmas tree applications, “Steady On” produces the calmest, most classic effect — best for the traditional glowing tree look.

Dark Green Wire — Essential for Trees

A detail that separates budget lights from quality ones: the wire colour. Cheap lights use white or clear wire that’s visibly noticeable against tree foliage, creating an amateur look. This set uses dark green wire that matches the tree’s own foliage — once wrapped through branches, the wire disappears completely, leaving only the warm glow of the LEDs visible.
