Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the http://www.craftwayfloral.com.sg website (the “Service”) operated by Craftway Floral (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Site or for refusing to process or accept an Order.
Craftway Floral & Gifts is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Essential Delivery Information
We will do our best to deliver the order to the recipient. However, due to some cases, the order might be duly received and signed by a third party at the address or received by a neighbor to confirm the delivery under the following conditions:
1.Delivery to hospitals, hotel private clubs, government sectors, etc.
2.Residential or commercial premises with tight security
3.When the recipient is not around to receive the order
Craftway Floral will not accept responsibilities for the late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
1. The customer had provided the wrong date or time of delivery.
2. Insufficient or invalid delivery information was given.
3.No such person at the given address.
4. The recipient is not present and no one else is able to receive on the behalf of the recipient.
5.Refusal of any gifts by the recipient.
6. The recipient has already been discharged from the hospital.
7. The recipient address provided is incorrect.
8. The funeral ceremony has ended.
9. We denied access to residential or business premises due to tight securities.

*In any case if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the gifts will be left with someone who is willing to receive on behalf of the recipient, such as family members, friends or neighbors.
*All unsuccessful delivered gifts will either be left at the doorstep or returned to Craftway Floral.
*Redirection & redelivery charge of $15 will be imposed for each subsequent delivery or recipient may collect the item from Craftway Floral’s retail outlet.
*The redirection or redelivery will be processed only after extra payment is received.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
- Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled. A $15 cancellation fee applies.
- Orders which have been prepared but have not left with our courier may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.
If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.
*We have reserved the right to reject orders at its discretion.
*Please note that all items and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
*Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, the color of wrapping paper, the color of ribbon, side flowers, etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CraftwayFloral. CraftwayFloral has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CraftwayFloral shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
We are committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient to your direct specifications.
If the complaint is for quality reasons,please take a picture of the bouquet at the point of delivery for us to be able to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly.
Bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions. Refer to Caring for Flowers for more information.
If the customer has picked up the floral arrangement or plant, and has seen the quality of the flowers, it is the responsibility of the customer to then care for the flowers once it has left the store. No refunds will be given.
Please keep any flowers you are not happy with as we may need to have them returned to the florist to assess any problems.
