Artificial Monstera Tree — Six Feet of Split-Leaf, Zero Demands
A monstera at 180cm is what every monstera owner is trying to grow and almost none of them get. Indoors, the real plant needs a moss pole to climb, high humidity to fenestrate, and years of patience — and even then it sprawls sideways long before it stands six feet tall. This artificial monstera tree skips the decade of effort: multiple natural-look brown trunks carry full-size split leaves at every level, from knee height to the crown, so it has the density and architecture of a mature specimen from day one.
At approximately 180cm (6ft), it’s proportioned for Singapore homes — under a standard 2.6m HDB ceiling it fills the corner while keeping comfortable visual headroom, and in a condo or landed living room it holds its own beside full-height curtains and bookcases. The stems are wired, so you can fan the canopy wide for presence or gather it in where floor space is tight.
Where It Works
- Living room corners — beside the sofa, the TV console or a reading chair, where a real plant would stretch for the window and go leggy
- Entrances and hallway ends — a green full stop at the end of a sight-line
- Reception and lobby corners — one tree reads considered; a pair flanking a doorway reads designed
- Cafés, restaurants and salons — tropical-modern greenery with no watering rota and no dropped leaves on the floor
- Event and wedding styling — monstera is the backbone of tropical-theme décor, and a 6ft tree anchors a backdrop or stage corner instantly
What You Get
- Height: approx. 180cm / 6ft, including pot
- Structure: multiple natural-look brown trunks with foliage staged at every height
- Foliage: green Monstera deliciosa leaves in mixed sizes, each with natural splits and holes, on wired shapeable stems
- Pot: round black nursery pot — designed to sit inside a large decorative planter
- Assembly: arrives assembled; fan the leaves out and place
A Note on Stability
Any 6ft artificial tree is top-light by design — the weight is in the foliage, not the base. Sit the nursery pot inside a substantial decorative planter and weight the void with sand, stones or brick before topping with moss. That one step makes it toddler-proof, pet-proof and robot-vacuum-proof, and the larger planter is what makes the tree look finished anyway.
What Makes a Big Monstera Look Real
At this size the giveaways are structural, not just surface. Cheap versions use identical leaves repeated up a single pole, high-gloss plastic, and a sparse crown you can see straight through. Look for mixed leaf sizes, matte foliage with visible veining, multiple trunks, and density at the mid-section — the zone your eye actually lands on across a room. Photos flatten all of this, which is why the best way to judge it is to stand next to ours at KINEX Mall.
Care
Wipe the leaves with a soft dry cloth every few weeks, or blow the canopy through with a hairdryer on cool — large leaves show dust more than fine foliage, so a monthly two-minute pass keeps it showroom-fresh. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun; Singapore’s midday sun will fade untreated foliage over a few months. No water, no feed, no moss pole, ever.
For Offices, Lobbies and Commercial Projects
Statement trees are the fastest way to make a lobby or reception feel finished, and monstera reads more current than the default ficus. We supply in quantity, deliver assembled by van, and can advise planter pairing and placement across a floor plate.
