Artificial Green Wall Panel — Mixed Foliage (Style G)
A 60cm × 40cm interlocking panel of layered artificial foliage, designed to tile across a wall into a continuous green surface. This style blends fine-leaf greenery, fern textures and grasses in varied tones — the mix is deliberate, because a wall built from a single leaf type at a single shade reads as manufactured from across a room, no matter how good the individual leaves are.
Edges interlock on all four sides, and panels can be trimmed with secateurs or heavy scissors to fit around corners, sockets, pipework and window reveals.

Why Artificial Rather Than a Living Wall
Living green walls are beautiful and they are expensive to keep alive. They need an irrigation system with a pump and reservoir, drainage, a feeding schedule, adequate light at every level of the wall, and a maintenance contract to replace the plants that inevitably fail. In an indoor Singapore setting, the light problem alone is usually decisive — the lower third of a living wall in a lift lobby will thin out within months.
An artificial wall has no irrigation, no drainage, no power requirement, no light dependency and no plant mortality. Installed indoors, it looks the same in year five as on day one. The trade-off is honest: it isn’t alive, and it doesn’t contribute to air quality or biophilic benefit the way living planting does. For most commercial walls, the total cost of ownership makes the decision straightforward.
Installation
- Measure and calculate. Wall area in m² × 4 = panel count. Add roughly 10% for trimming waste and awkward edges.
- Prepare the substrate. Panels fix directly to timber battens, plywood, weld mesh or masonry. For painted plasterboard, batten out first rather than screwing straight into the board.
- Start bottom-left and work up. Interlock each panel into its neighbours before fixing, so the grid stays square across the run.
- Fix through the backing grid with screws and washers, cable ties, or staples into timber. Four to six fixings per panel.
- Rotate alternate panels. Every panel in a batch shares a foliage layout. Rotating alternate ones 90° or 180° breaks the repeat, which the eye picks up quickly across a large wall.
- Trim and dress the edges. Cut panels to fit, then fluff the foliage across every seam by hand so leaves from adjacent panels overlap. This final step is what separates a professional finish from a visible grid.
- Frame the perimeter with timber trim, aluminium angle or a foliage border to hide cut edges.
Outdoor Use
Suitable for sheltered outdoor positions — covered balconies, walkways, roofed seating areas and shaded boundary walls. For positions in prolonged direct sun, ask us specifically about UV-stabilised outdoor-grade panels. Standard indoor-grade foliage will fade under Singapore’s UV levels, and specifying the right grade at the outset costs far less than replacing a faded wall two years in.
Fire Performance
For commercial premises, wall coverings may be subject to fire performance requirements under SCDF rules depending on the building type and location. Contact us to discuss fire-retardant panel options and current certification for your specification.
Care
Indoors, dust every few months with a soft brush, a feather duster or a vacuum on low with a brush head. Outdoors and in sheltered positions, a gentle hose rinse clears accumulated dust. Avoid high-pressure washing, which dislodges foliage from the backing. We offer scheduled cleaning as part of our maintenance contracts for larger installations.
Project Pricing & Installation
Panels are priced individually and by the square metre, with project rates from 10m². We survey, quote, supply, install and maintain green walls across Singapore for offices, hotels, F&B, retail, developers, event builders and residential clients. Craftway Floral has supplied Singapore’s décor and construction trade since 1990.
Send a photo, a dimension or a drawing and we’ll return a panel count, a price and an installation option — usually within one working day.
